Welcome to Blog3 ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform"). By using this platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please disconnect your wallet and stop using the platform.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Blog3, a decentralized, wallet-based blogging platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your wallet and using Blog3, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the platform means you agree to be bound by this agreement.

2. Wallet Authentication

You access Blog3 by connecting a supported Solana wallet (e.g. Phantom). You are solely responsible for maintaining control of your wallet, private keys, and security phrases.

We do not have access to your wallet or funds.
All on-chain activity is public and transparent via the Solana blockchain.

3. Use of the $BLOG Token

Blog3 uses a utility token called $BLOG, deployed on the Solana blockchain via Pump.fun.

$BLOG is used to:

Enable users to post content (pay-to-post model)
Send tips to content creators
Participate in platform utility and future features

Holding or using $BLOG does not represent ownership, equity, or any financial stake in Blog3. The token has no inherent monetary value, and its market price is determined entirely by public demand.

You understand and accept that all $BLOG-related transactions are final and non-refundable.

4. Content and Responsibility

When posting on Blog3, you agree:

You are solely responsible for your content
You will not publish illegal, abusive, or harmful material
You grant us the right to store and display your content on the platform

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. No Financial Advice

Blog3 does not offer financial, legal, or investment advice. The $BLOG token is for utility within the platform only.

Using the platform or transacting with the token should not be interpreted as a financial investment or guarantee of profit.

You are responsible for your own actions and use of the platform.

6. No Warranties

The platform is provided "as is."

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including that the platform will be:

Uninterrupted
Error-free
Secure or compatible with every device or browser

We are not responsible for any losses arising from use of the platform or blockchain-related issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blog3 and its creators shall not be liable for:

Any loss of tokens, tips, or content
Damages caused by bugs, exploits, hacks, or downtime
Content posted by users
Market value changes of the $BLOG token

You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
